Dead Puppies Found; Emaciated Guard Dog Seized by Animal Control in Royal Palm

The discovery of three dead puppies in a dumpster lead animal control to the mother -- a guard dog for a Royal Palm Beach company. Over eight dogs have been seized recently for malnutrition.
